    Monkey pjs are cute, fun, and hot! All at the same time. You may be noticing that numerous people are getting into the monkey pajama frenzy. Even by those who are often too old, stodgy or proper to wear pjs.
    Monkey PJs are not just for kids any more.
    Did you know there are several types of ‘Monkey’ pajamas?
    Sock Monkey Pajamas
    The sock monkey is decades old and very famous. These are the most popular monkey pjs and frequently can be hard to find. These can sell out quickly around Christmas time.
    Anyone can create a sock monkey pajama. But the most celebrated type today are Nick and Nora sock monkey pajamas.
    When one thinks of monkey pajamas this what most folks have in mind.
    Paul Frank PJs
    Paul Frank is a relatively new fashion designer and cartoonist. His well known monkey picture has a monkey with a very wide oval mouth. Not smiling but not frowning either. But it is different and has been licensed for use on many pajamas.
    Paul Frank monkey pajamas are growing in popularity, but long term interest remains to be seen.
    Carters PJs
    Carters has come out with a cute little monkey for a line of pajamas. This is of course directed to the very young.
    Everything Else
    Obviously you do not need to buy or pay for a brand name to get monkey pajamas. There are plenty of fun pajamas with different types of monkeys on them. More are being made all the time. On the other hand, sometimes it is a little more fun to go with branded monkey pajamas because then you have something to relate to with friends and family.
    And frequently it is important to avoid disappointing someone. Especially a young child. If they want monkey sleepwear, and are dreaming of sock monkey pjs, they may not be excited with a generic monkey. You may want a youngster to point out what type of monkey they like so you can be a hero in getting them exactly what they want.
